Offensive Strategies
Having taller players at the front or the stronger players so they are able to stop and perhaps control the ball the set it up for other players so they can just pass it and then lob it back
They can also just Set up the ball and not spike so just lob the ball over the net and be prepared to start the process again therefore slowing down the game and giving them self time to reset formations if necessary
- Targeting 1 player with each spike repetitively reducing the amount of time they have to quickly react
- Attacking left then right and back and forth shots to confuse the players
- Try and beat the blocker by spiking it hard at them or hitting it over them
- Using stronger players with more of an advantage to strike the ball harder e.g. Using a taller player to spike the ball so they have more height over the net
- always be setting up for the spike every time and trying to speed up the game so the other team have less time to reset whilst you swap the sides of the field your attacking
